Data sources & licensing

This site republishes data from HM Land Registry (Price Paid Data), the Energy Performance of Buildings Register, Ordnance Survey (OS Open UPRN), postcodes.io, and OpenStreetMap. Each source is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 or the OpenStreetMap terms.

Permitted use

You may use this site to look up sale histories for personal, research, or journalistic purposes. Results shown on this site are for information only and must not be relied upon for financial, legal, tax, mortgage, or conveyancing decisions. Records may contain errors or be out of date.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• scrape, mirror, or bulk-download data from this site or its API,
• redistribute the compiled results as a competing product or feed,
• use the site or its content to harass, dox, or identify individuals,
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the site for vulnerabilities without permission.

The underlying open datasets remain freely available from their original publishers — please go to those sources for bulk data instead of scraping this site.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or continued availability. The operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site.

Privacy

The site does not set cookies, log user accounts, or store search history. Searches are forwarded in real time to the upstream data providers listed above. See the privacy notice on the home page for details.
